PERSONAL LAUNDRY DELIVERY

WE are Excited to announce that we’re launching our personal laundry delivery service! We’VE partnered with “legwork LOCAL DELIVERY,” a zero emissions delivery company, to bring spin’s sustainable Laundry services right to you.

How It Works

Signing up is simple! Click the “Schedule A Pick Up” button below or download the CleanCloud app in the iOS or Android marketplaces. Follow the instructions to set up an account and place your first order. After your order is placed you’ll receive a confirmation email and then Legwork Local Delivery will come by to pick up at your scheduled time!

What To Expect

Setting up your account in CleanCloud will include saving a card on file for payment. CleanCloud is our tracking and payment software that utilizes an embedded processor called Clearant. Saving a card on file via Clearant is the only payment option accepted for our personal delivery services.

You will also have the opportunity to select your wash and dry settings, detergent and additive preferences, as well as the option to set up recurring delivery if you’d like. If you have items to hang dry they must be placed in a mesh bag and placed in your laundry bag for pick up. One mesh bag for hang dry items is included with each order; additional bags are $5.00 per bag. Mesh bags are to be provided by the customer, however Spin sells mesh bags that we’re happy to add to your order.

Get Ready For Pick Up

Once your order is placed it’s time to gather your laundry for pick up. For your first pick up you can have your laundry in plastic disposable bags or washable bags; if the bags are washable they must be able to close completely. No Ikea bags or open laundry hampers.

Subsequent orders should be placed in your Spin Laundry bags for pick up. Please clarify in the notes of your order if you have separate laundering preferences for each bag. When your laundry is returned to you, each bag will have a custom tag attached to it. Please have the tag attached to your bag at the time of pick-up. 

Your order will be separated into lights and darks, washed and dried using your specific preferences, and folded using the standard Spin folding method. Please let us know if you have any additional requests. After your order has been processed you will receive an email stating the amount that will be charged to your card on file via Clearent. When your order is ready to go it will be packed neatly into your clean Spin Laundry bags for delivery!

Communication

By partnering with a local zero emissions delivery service we are continuing our commitment to providing sustainable laundry services for our community. Since we have partnered with a delivery service company we ask that all laundry related questions be sent to delivery@spinlaundrylounge.com.

Cost

$15.00 sign up fee

- Includes account set up, 2 medium Spin bags, custom bag tags, and ongoing customer support.

$1.90 per pound with a 15 pound minimum and a 48 hour turnaround time. Weekend pick-ups have a 72 hour turnaround time.

$15.00 delivery fee

• All employees representing Spin will adhere to social distancing standards, wear a mask for the duration of their shift, wash their hands regularly, and wear gloves when necessary.

• All surfaces including the insides and outsides of machines, laundry carts, folding tables, flip folds, and iPad screens are sanitized between each use.

• Once your bags are filled, close the bag by pulling on the string and toggle to close the opening at the top. Make sure the bag is securely closed to ensure minimal exposure.
